Writing client procedures

This document or documents are more often task orientated. This may be a procedure to administer a particular medication, such as a suppository or enema or how to transfer a client from a wheelchair to their bed, a commode, or onto a bath bed.

This document will provide a step by step guide on how to complete the task safely, or how a particular routine should be followed.
