Meet Vicki Mills

Vicki Mills is the founder of Get Organised Client Services, supporting individuals and families navigating aged care and disability systems.

She provides independent support tailored to each client — from hands-on assistance to helping people make sense of complex systems and maximise the support available to them. Her work is grounded in both professional experience and her own journey navigating these systems as a parent.

Vicki also mentors support workers, helping those entering the industry (or already in it) build confidence in the practical side of their role.

Alongside this, she is developing a community platform designed to connect people with trusted services, resources, and support — creating a space where no one has to navigate it all alone.

Vicki’s Story in The Business Sisterhood

The most powerful businesses often grow from the hardest chapters of life.

Sometimes the hardest decision you make becomes the beginning of everything better.

When her daughter was just 15 months old, Vicki Mills made the courageous decision to leave an abusive relationship and rebuild her life as a single mum. At the time she was navigating depression, PTSD, and the overwhelming uncertainty of starting again. But in that moment, she chose something powerful — she refused to let fear define the rest of her story.

With the support of a community of women who believed in her, Vicki began building a new path forward. That encouragement became the foundation for Get Organised Client Services, a business built on helping others bring clarity and structure to their lives and work.

Her personal experiences navigating complex support systems while advocating for her daughter, who has autism and developmental delays, revealed just how difficult these systems can be for families. Today, Vicki uses that lived experience to help others find the support they need and to create spaces where people feel empowered rather than overwhelmed.

In The Business Sisterhood, Vicki shares a story of resilience, community, and purpose — and the reminder that even the most difficult chapters can lead to powerful new beginnings.

“You never know the impact you can have on another person’s life.”
